Another young Nigerian, Jomiloju unde Oladipo, a 9-year primary
six pupil of Role model schools, Oregun Lagos, has made his family and country
proud of him in the Microsoft Certification programme. This he did when he
emerged the youngest Nigerian Microsoft Certified Professional. Jomiloju scored
769 of 1, 000 in the examination held in August.
His certificate was signed by Chief Executive Officer,
Microsoft Corporation, Steven Ballmer. The certification was aimed at building
up young professionals such as Jomilu.
In his words he said; “At home and in the school, I am always
on the computer. After school hours, if am not doing anything, I will go to my
Information Communication Technology teacher, to learn more.” All this hard
work finally paid off when he sat for the examination when he was still in class
5. Jumiloju was said to have attempted the previous Microsoft Certification
Examination, but did nt make it. Today, he has joined the likes of Anjolaoluwa
Seyi-Ojo, 10years old ; an eight-year-old Indian, Lavishnashree, and two
Pakistanis, named Arfa and Thobani.
Indeed hard work pays off! What will you do to make your family
and country proud.
